Ok, so Cosby Sweaters suggested I build a facebook page for my blog. It's called LucidSportsFan. Click here and "Like" it. I still have a lot to figure out. I spent about an hour trying to get it to appear in the info section of my regular facebook page, but for some reason I can't make that happen. Writing this blog has suddenly become like twice as hard. Probably this is all for today, I have a sweet beach day planned at Norton Point. And I gotta go swing by Al's packy to get some Bud heavy flag cans.
UPDATE: as of 11:53 pm on 7/21 there are 37 people who have "Liked" LucidSportsFan on facebook. I think that's pretty good for day 1. But the problem is all 37 are friends of mine who I invited to like it. There's got to be people who read this who are not facebook friends of mine. Be the first person I don't know to "Like" LucidSportsFan. This is your chance to make history.
Facebook is a terrible place for people to just find your page and 'like' it. Especially a blog. You are better off continuing with your Twitter. Are you following other people? Are you mentioning them in your posts? Those are the things that will get more attention. I know you already do, but continue to write controversial articles. Also, your headers need some uplift. A catchy header is your best marketing tool.
