The Red Sox successfully managed to cover up the severity of Clay Buchholz's back injury until after the trade deadline passed. Now they say he has a stress fracture. The other big news from yesterday is that Randy Moss retired. Which leads me to this: who's more likely to play again this season, Moss or Buchholz? My vote is for Randy. The Buchholz situation reminds me a lot of what happened with Jacoby last year, I don't think he's coming back. And Moss will get bored in a month or two and want back in. He's too good to quit now.
