Ok, fine. It's time to freak the $#&% out.
It took me a while today to figure out how I'm feeling about the current state of the Red Sox. And then all of a sudden it hit me: I'm not panicking. I'm not giving up. I'm just mad. Really mad. Really really effing mad. Seriously Red Sox, what the hell?!? They're 5-17 in September. 3-13 over the last 16. They have won exactly ONE game this month when they didn't score at least 12 runs. They've been playing defense like little leaguers. Yesterday Aviles forgets to cover his base on a ground ball to short, then Crawford drops a ball in left, and just like that it's 6-0. And what is wrong with Jon Lester? He's given up 16 runs over just 13.2 innings in his last three starts. I'm sick of this. It's pathetic. I'm not sticking up for them anymore.
