In 1985 Simple Minds released "Don't You (Forget About Me)," which over time has been aided by the massive success of the film it was featured in that same year,
The Breakfast Club. But the reason I chose this song now is because I just recently discovered the movie
Pitch Perfect. I know I'm way late on this (continuous HBO airplay is what finally got me to watch it), but the teenybopper flick about college acapella singers has become one of my new favorites. It's pretty funny, and the music is spectacular.
As I have said before, I realize sometimes my tastes in pop culture are those of an average middle school girl, and I'm ok with that. So here is the cast of
