Everclear's Sparkle and Fade album came out in May of 1995. And even though its most popular track wasn't actually released as a single, Santa Monica reached No. 29 on the Billboard pop charts in 1996.I know the song is a lot deeper than its title, but the second line "...dreaming of the west coast" seems fairly appropriate today as Winter Armageddon 2015 continues to bury Boston in snow.
It's not so bad though, the Patriots did win the Super Bowl a week ago...
