I think the word 'artisan' now means the opposite of what it's supposed to mean

The word "artisan" is now so overused that when I hear it, I no longer think it refers to something fancy or finely crafted by hand, but instead something crappy that is trying to pass itself off as fancy or finely crafted by hand.  Case in point:
