Is it possible Greg Hardy is actually insane?

Until today, I assumed Greg Hardy should be in jail as apposed to walking the streets with the general public.  But, now I'm wondering if maybe a hospital is the right place.  Here's what his Twitter profile temporarily said today:

Hardy's detachment from reality is so far off the charts that it's time to question whether or not he's a fully-functional human being.  If you don't know the details, here's the whole story.
